These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Referable mobile app and related services (the "Service"), operated by Referable, a product of Bryant Digital ("Referable," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & accounts

Age & capacity — you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use Referable.
Invitation required — Referable is invite-only; you need a valid invitation from a partner company or existing member to create an account.
Accurate information — you agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your account details up to date.
Account security — you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and for notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. The Service

Referable connects customers of partner home-service companies with those companies so that customers can refer friends and earn rewards. We provide the platform and payment processing infrastructure; partner companies set their own incentive amounts and decide whether to accept a referral or mark it as won. We are not the provider of the underlying home-service products or services.

4. Referrals & messaging

Permission to refer — only refer people who are happy to hear from the partner company. You confirm you have their consent to share their contact details for this purpose.
Genuine referrals — referrals must be real. Fake, duplicate, self-referrals or spam are prohibited and may result in forfeited rewards or account suspension.
Messaging — if the app helps you contact a prospect, you are responsible for your messages and for complying with applicable anti-spam and communications laws.

5. Rewards & payouts

How rewards are set — partner companies set the reward amount for each referral. The amount shown when you submit a referral is what you can earn if it qualifies.
When you get paid — a reward becomes payable once the partner company marks the referral as won and any applicable conditions are met.
Payouts — payouts are processed through Stripe. You must provide accurate payout details; we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information or by the payment processor.
Forfeiture & expiry — rewards tied to fraudulent, ineligible or cancelled referrals may be withheld or reversed, and unclaimed rewards may expire as described in the app.

6. Fees

Using Referable as a customer to make referrals and receive rewards is free. Referable retains a service fee from partner companies on each transaction; this does not reduce the reward amount shown to you when you make a referral. Standard payment-processor fees may apply to payouts as disclosed by Stripe.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Submit false, misleading, duplicate or fraudulent referrals, or refer people without their consent.
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
Upload content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or that you do not have the right to share.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts or our systems, or interfere with or disrupt the Service.
Scrape, reverse engineer, or use automated tools to access the Service, or circumvent its security or rate limits.

8. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos and content you submit. By submitting content (such as a referral image), you grant Referable and the relevant partner company a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store and use that content solely to operate the Service and process your referral. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you share.

9. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in the app under Profile & Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse, or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including reward forfeiture, disclaimers and limitations of liability — will survive.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that any referral will be accepted or won, that any specific reward will be earned, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Referable and Bryant Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or rewards, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the rewards paid to you in the three months before the claim or US $100.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
